HEAD BAKER

We are hiring a HEAD BAKER to join our passionate management team; someone that has professional restaurant, management & baking experience, loves working with others, takes pride in organizational BOH management tasks; ordering, par sheets & prep lists and beyond. This role intricately works with chef/ownership team and all back of house team members in creating and executing a seasonally inspired & chef driven menu. A dream job. With a dream team.

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • 5 YEARS OF CULINARY/ PASTRY EXPERIENCE 

  • PROFESSIONAL BAKING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

  • PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 

  • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS 

  • MUST BE A MORNING PERSON

  • HIRING IMMEDIATELY

COMPENSATION: 

  • HOURLY- HOURLY STARTING AT $26 — ANNUAL SALARY RATES AVAILABLE FOR THIS POSITION.

DOUGH LAMINATOR

We are hiring a skilled dough laminator to join our bakery team; someone that has professional restaurant & hands on lamination experience & loves working with others. The dough laminator is expected to calculate and manage dough pars, lamination scheduling, and training of others.

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • AT LEAST ONE YEAR EXPERIENCE WITH DOUGH LAMINATION

  • PROFESSIONAL BAKING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

  • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS 

  • MUST BE A MORNING PERSON

  • HIRING IMMEDIATELY

COMPENSATION: 

  • HOURLY- HOURLY STARTING AT $21 — DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE LEVEL

BAKER ASSISTANT & PREP COOK 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our bakery assistant team member is a critical team member in assisting with large bake off. Post bake off- transitioning to completing prep tasks as well as being present to assist in restocking the pastry case!

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • AT LEAST TWO YEARS OF KITCHEN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 

  • SHIFT 4AM-1:30PM 

  • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS 

  • MUST BE A MORNING PERSON 

  • BASIC FOOD SAFETY & FOOD HANDLING KNOWLEDGE 

  • AVAILABLE TO START AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

BARISTA - barista focused but dynamic position!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking to bring on a skilled & trained barista to our counter team! An individual who loves the craft of coffee, working service, and overall beverage knowledge. Must be comfortable being guest facing as all FOH positions are subject to rotating through stations.

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • AT LEAST ONE-TWO YEARS OF BARISTA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 

  • MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING A BUSY SERVICE WITH TICKET MACHINES!

  • MUST BE ABLE TO HUSTLE WITH A POSITIVE ATTITUDE

  • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS 

  • MUST BE A MORNING PERSON 

  • BASIC FOOD SAFETY & FOOD HANDLING KNOWLEDGE 

COMPENSATION: 

  • STARTING HOURLY RATE $12 INCLUDING GRATUITY BEGINS AT $25 (MINIMUM)
